Ever wondered what Beyoncé herself does she do to stay fit and (Sasha) fierce?

In an Instagram video promoting the new season of her activewear line Ivy Park (we’ll take one of each, thanks), Queen Bey reveals her exercise MOs, and we only have one question: where do we sign up?

She says, “I stretch my body out like the horizon. I teach my body every day that I can go a little further.” Just from this, we’re guessing she’s a fan of morning yoga.

“I know my body can bend and not break. I know what it’s capable of. I’ve seen it before in miracles,” she continues.

So have we, Bey.

But it’s not all stretches and affirmations for the greatest artist of all time.

The ***Flawless singer gets on sweaty on the tready everyday for a breathless run, too.

“Even when my throat is burning, my lungs feel like they’re drowning, sweat is stinging my eyes, my feet feel like they’re going to explode. When I’m about to give up, I picture that one person I love more than anyone.”

Her top tip is to imagine yourself running towards them while they cheer and smile at you.

“They’re so proud of me. They’re shouting my name and I make it to the end. I push past the pain and I find love,” she says.

While this might seem a little hard to grapple with (especially when you’re trying to, you know, breathe) having something to run towards actually makes lot of sense.

And if all else fails? Blast Single Ladies and get the job done.
